Job Summary/Company: Are you the essential employee every company needs? Responsibilities:
- Review customer applications and making recommendations based upon your knowledge of product offering
- Apply product knowledge to troubleshoot application issues and helping to address quality issues when they arise
- Cross referencing competitive part numbers and solutions
- Be a technical advisor to customers, outside sales representatives and distributors
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain industry
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree preferably in a technical or engineering discipline
- 1-2 years of prior experience with Sales or Technical Support
- Experience working within MS Dynamics and SalesForce is a plus
- MS Office experience (Excel and Outlook)
- Familiarity with Quality Systems, engineering documents and understanding of strengths, and potential points of failure
